yikes. i’m a little late. [every day seems to slip into the next when i'm on vacation.] in any case, did you not love wind in the willows? this time through i read the 100th anniversary edition–the pictures are absolutely magical. i love mole. i love rat. i love toad. i don’t think i’ll ever get [...] here it is. the end of june. have you finished the brothers karamazov? neither have i. but i’m still there. i’m still reading. and gosh darn it, i’m going to finish if it kills me. I found myself completely taken in by the delicious descriptions on every page of this delightful novel.
