Ride the Book Trail

the night circus

just popping in to say, i just finished reading the night circus by erin morgenstern on my back porch in the rain. and, can i tell you people, that i have not loved a book this much in ages. ages and ages. i feel positively enchanted. swept away. gloriously delighted.

i wish i had written this book. i wish it wasn’t over. if you haven’t read it, go get it right now.

(unless books like the lovely bones and the book thief troubled you in their weirdness. then you won’t like this one either.)

Just put it on hold at the library. Thanks for the tip. :)

  • I have been on the hunt for book! Maybe my hunt is over. Thank you.

Liked the Book Thief, didn’t get Lovely Bones. So I’m torn. But as I’m not really reading books other than the Book of Mormon as late (I find I ignore my children too much when I read other things), I guess it doesn’t matter! Glad you found a book you like :)

I loved The Night Circus! I read it on my flight home from Sydney last fall when I should have been trying to sleep. Glad you liked it too.

(Btw, it appears you have a lot of friends named Rebecca. I sometimes don’t comment on your blog because I don’t want you to have to try and figure out which one I am.)
